Probation Period : The selected candidates will go under the probation period of two years for the post of officer (all scale) & one year for office assistant. The time of probation may be extended by the bank as per requirement.
Eligibility Criteria by qualification & age limit : The eligibility criteria has required by the bank as per RRBs (Regional Rural Banks) norms. As per rules of RRBs, Candidates should have a Graduate degree in any discipline / concern discipline & age between 18 to 28 years. Relaxation in upper age limit will be admissible 03 to 10 years for reserved categories only.

Selection Procedure : The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of TWS (Total Weighted Score) of RRBs CWE conducted by IBPS in September / October 2014. Selection Procedure : The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of TWS (Total Weighted Scores) of RRBs CWE conducted by IBPS in Sep / Oct 2014 and personal interview.
