The West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited – WBSETCL (A Govt. of West Bengal Enterprises) was incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 on 16.02.2007 and other obtained certificate of commencement of business on 21.03.2007 with its headquarter in Kolkata in the state of West Bengal. WBSETCL has announced the recruitment project 2013 for the posts of 102 Technical Support Hand (TSH). They has published the advertisement (Notification No.REC/2/2013) with all the necessary information’s and prescribed application form at its own official website i.e. http://www.wbsetcl.in.   • Name of Post – Technical Support Hand (TSH) 
  • Number of Vacancies – 102 Posts 
  • Age Limit – 18-37 Years (as on 01.01.2013), Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable 5 years for SC / ST candidates & 3 years for OBC candidates. Ex-Servicemen candidates will get the relaxation in age limit according to rules. 
  • Pay Scale – Rs.4900-9200/- + Grade Pay Rs.1700/- + other admissible allowances like DA, HRA, Medical and Electricity allowance etc.. Gross Salary will be applicable Rs.13200/- (Approximate).
  • Qualification – Madhyamik (10th Standard in Bengali) or equivalent pass from a recognized board / institution. Candidates should have a ability of read & write in Bengali / Nepali and elementary knowledge of English. 
  • Application Fee & Payment of Fees – Application fee Rs.150/- is payable in the form of cash through fee payment challan (given below) in any branch of United Bank of Indian in the state of West Bengal. Bank charges Rs.22/- as bank service charges will be extra. Candidates who are belonging to SC / ST categories of West Bengal need not to deposit any fee. 
  • Mode of Selection – The selection of candidates will be made on the basis of physical fitness test, written test & interview. Only those candidates will be eligible for written test who will be qualify in the physical fitness test. After successful in written test, candidates will be called for interview.

  4. Application form complete in all respect along with relevant documents & receipt of application fee should reach to the following address by normal post.
